MLK Day - A day to serve

Check out the MLK book display!

The library (and the college campus) will be closed on MLK Day, Monday, January 19th

Taking place each year on the third Monday in January, MLK Day is the only federal holiday observed as a national day of service – a "day on, not a day off."

The MLK Day of Service empowers individuals, strengthens communities, bridges barriers, and creates solutions to social problems.

The 2015 challenge is to make a commitment to serve your community throughout the year. Make your pledge to make your community a better place.
