As a part of the 2017 Chatt State Shamrock Festival, author Matthew Thomas will be in the KLIC mobile classroom on Wednesday, March 15th. Enjoy a question and answer time and book signing from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

Here is the list of information from campus announcements about the Shamrock Festival and the visit by Thomas on campus:
You are cordially invited to the 2017 Shamrock Festival! Celebrate St. Patrick's Day this year by immersing yourself in the Irish and Irish American cultures right here at Chattanooga State. Please invite friends at school and in the community to attend these wonderful events! We look forward to seeing you there!
•    If you've not seen the fantastic Irish film Brooklyn, or if you're excited to see it again, attend the International Film Series showing on March 14th at 4:30PM in C-30.
•    Grab a copy of Matthew Thomas's award winning novel We Are Not Ourselves and meet the author on campus on March 15th at 6:30PM in HSC 1085! This novel has been described as epic! *You do not need to have read the novel to attend his events.
•    Hear some Irish tunes from the Brock McGuire Band, an international favorite, on March 16th at 12:30PM in the Humanities Auditorium!
•    On St. Patrick's Day, March 17th, come to the Amphitheater at 11AM for a fun take on the Irish Ceilidh. It's like an Irish house party. There will be music, jokes, readings, and activities, as well as t-shirts for some of the lucky participants.

Please note that in addition to the activities listed on the flyer below, there will be a book signing with Matthew Thomas at Star Line Books from 2-3PM on March 15th and a Q&A and book signing with Matthew Thomas in the Chattanooga State Library Mobile Classroom on March 15th from 3:30-4:30.
