Reserve a Study Room Online

Want a study room in the library? Book it through our online reservation service!

Kolwyck Library & Information Commons (KLIC) is excited to announce that Chattanooga State faculty, staff, and students will now be able to reserve group study rooms and our multimedia conference room online.

Look for the sign "Need to Reserve this Room?" if you are in the library and want to book the library from your mobile device. Signs with QR codes or a tiny.cc link are posted on the door for each study room and on the door for the multimedia conference room.

Rooms may be reserved for up to two hours, up to one week in advance.  We anticipate that rooms will book up fast, so we encourage you to make a reservation if you need to use a room.  "First come, first serve" is not a guaranteed room reservation practice. Reservations will be honored first. Find out more from our scheduling policies.

The links for the online room reservations can be found on the library website. Look under "Library Resources" for students or for faculty/staff.

Want to go directly to the reservation links from here?
