Need Help? The Library Staff is on Chat to Help You!

Need help from the library during this time? We are available virtually on chat!  Go to the library website and look for the orange call-out and click on it.  Or after a few minutes, the chat will ask if you need help. Either way, it will lead you to a chat session with library staff!

The information window will open. The only thing required is your question. You don't have to fill in your name and email address but they are nice to have!

Click "Start Chat" and you will enter into our chat queue.  We have chat staffed from 8 AM to 7 PM Monday - Thursday! Plus 8 AM to 5 PM on Friday and 1 PM to 6 PM on the weekends!  We are here for you online. Our chat allows us to screen share if we need to show you where to find online resources.
