Congratulations to our recent graduates and upcoming summer graduates. We're so proud of all of you!
Julie Brown graduated magna cum laude with a general
engineering degree. In the fall, Julie will be attending UTC and
earning a bachelor's in civil engineering. Her last day working at the
library was yesterday and we’re all sad to see her go, but super excited about
her future college and career plans.
Grace Katherine Wright is graduating in August with an
Associate of Science and has a current 4.0 GPA. She is taking two summer
classes and then transferring to UTC in the fall to major in Painting and
Drawing. Grace won the Excellence in Painting award for the Fine Arts division
and is a Global Scholars student.
Grace says, “I'm a people-person, cat-lover, friend-maker.
At the library, I'd say the things I've done the best have been customer
service, cleaning, and helping with projects in the back (like filling goodie bags
as fast as humanly possible).”
We’re so lucky to have some the best and brightest Chattanooga State students working for us. Good luck on your future endeavors, Julie and
Grace!
