1. What is the last book you read?
I just finished reading the books Looking for Alaska by John Green and O is for Outlaw by Sue Grafton
2. Favorite thing to do indoors in Chattanooga?
I love to bowl! I have been bowling since I was 5 years old and even had a high enough average to qualify as a professional bowler (My average was 210). However, due to a knee injury, I have had to take some time off, so I don’t end up damaging it even further.
3. What is the last picture you took with your phone?
The last picture I took on my phone was of my three year old daughter and Gus the Pug. My dog, Gus, is great with Addison. She is constantly getting in his face, pulling his tail, trying to ride him like a horse, etc. but he never tries to bite her! (Poor Gus) ha-ha
4. Favorite sport?
Other than bowling, my favorite sport would hands down be FOOTBALL! TN football!! I am a die-hard Tennessee Vol fan. My husband, however, is an Auburn fan. Not everyone can be perfect, right?
5. Favorite local restaurant?
This is tough one! There are so many great places to eat around Chattanooga. If I had to choose my top 5, they would be: Food Works, The Boathouse, Totto Sushi Bar and Grill, Blue Water Grille, and Lupi’s Pizza.
6. Coke of Pepsi?
Neither. I don’t usually drink soft drinks, but if I do its ginger ale. I try to drink water more than anything.
7. Do you have a nickname?
My nickname in high school was Hila-B. My best friend and I were on the bowling team and since both of our last names started with the letter B, she became Mega-B and I was Hila-B. We are very creative! Ha-ha
8. What was one of your most memorable vacations?
In the summer of 2007 my family and I went to Buffalo, NY so I could bowl in the Junior Gold National Bowling Tournament. We got to go across the Canadian border and see Niagara Falls, which was beautiful! Unfortunately that and the bowling were the highlight of the trip. Never in my life have I encountered such rudeness, than when we were in New York (no offense to anyone). We could not wait to be back in the south! I’m pretty sure my mom was tempted to get out and kiss the ground once we crossed over the Kentucky state line.
9. What advice do you have for students?
Don’t ever give up! School and learning are very important!
10. You find a magic lamp and a genie gives you three wishes. What do you wish for?
My first wish would be that I could spend more time with my grandparents that passed away when I was in middle school. I love and miss them very much.
My second wish would be for world peace. There is too much hatred in the world!
My last wish would be to unlimited wishes for the rest of my life.

That Hilary Jones sounds like real winner. She could very well be the best employee Chattanooga State has ever seen. On a scale of 1 to 10, she's a 526. When you think of professional power you of course think, Hilary Jones. Also, I've heard she can cook better than Gordon Ramsey. Wow. "Who ya gonna call?"- Hilary Jones that's who!
