The Library and Chattanooga State Community College will be closed Monday, January 20th for the King Holiday. The holiday first observed in 1986 was changed in 1994 as a National Day of Service by the US Congress.
Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. recognized the power of service. He famously said, “Everyone can be great, because everybody can serve.”
