It's Constitution Week

Constitution Day is September 17 and Chattanooga State is celebrating with a weeklong commemoration. Many colleges across the country will be celebrating the signing day of the Constitution.
Come see the display of books about the Constitution in the library.
A Constitution Week guide is available here. Go to the Constitution Week guide and take a quiz about the Constitution and bring your result page to the library to enter a drawing.
The Constitution Week guide includes information, quizzes, videos, and more.  View last year's video from Chatt State students on what freedom of speech meant to them.
On the guide:
  • Films focused on what happened in 1787 during the constitutional convention during the week of Sept. 13 through 17.
  • View the top banned or challenged books in the country last year.  You might be surprised at the list.
  • Find out information about the 27th Amendment.  What is unique about it compared to the other amendments?
  • Listen to the Schoolhouse Rock video on the Preamble of the Constitution
Celebrate Constitution Week and the signing of the U.S. Constitution!
