Red for Women” month.
Did you know that according to the
American Heart Association that heart disease is the #1 killer of women in America?
What can YOU do to help this epidemic? Here’s a small way you can help!
Partnering with the American Heart
Association and EPB, Chatt State is sponsoring the “Red Couch” to raise
awareness during February’s “Go Red for
Women” campaign. It’s simple!
Come by the library and sit on the Red Couch, take a selfie, and post to your social media using the
hashtag #RedCouchChatt or #GoRedChatt The American Heart Association is tracking Chattanooga’s
involvement in this campaign so Chatt State, come do your part! The “Red Couch” will be in
the library near the mobile classroom near the River Side Café Wednesday and
Thursday, February 11th – 12th. The Library
Staff took a selfie and we challenge our Chatt State colleagues and students to
come to the library and take a selfie too! So, come by and help make a difference!
