Donate to CSSEA's Book Drive

The Chattanooga State Student Education Club is asking for your help with a book collection project. Their goal is to collect 1,000 new or gently-used children's books which will then be donated to area elementary schools. The National Research Council has emphasized the importance of reading to a child's success in school, and Dolly Parton's generous Imagination Library provides free books to children in Tennessee. So, here's your opportunity to help with the effort to impact the success of our most important resource--our children.

Deposit books for children ages 5 to 11 in collection boxes inside the library, inside the Math & Science Division office in the Omniplex, or inside the Bookstore.

The drive will continue through April 12.
